RETURN POLICY
All eligible items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving your items. Here's how it works:
Pack and secure your items in the original packaging.
Ship the items to the return address using your preferred shipping provider. Shoe Garden LA does not pay for the cost of return shipping.

Once we have received your return, the items eligible for a refund will be credited back to the original form of payment within 5 business days.
RETURNS IN PERSON

RESERVED EXCHANGE
With certain styles and sizes selling out quickly, you can "reserve" your exchange by first purchasing the item you want, prior to shipping the original item back to us. The item eligible for exchange will be refunded to the original form of payment once the original package is received. Please contact Customer Care
